Support Contract Renewals
If you choose the Self-Hosted deployment model, you will need to renew your support
contract on a yearly basis to continue receiving priority support and feature updates
(security patches and major bug fixes for your version are free).
An initial purchase includes a complimentary 1 year support package. After this
year is up, the following renewal prices are available:
- 1 Year: $400
- 2+ Years: $350 / yr
You product will remain fully functional even if you choose not to renew your support
contract. However, you will no longer have the privilege of priority telephone and
email support, and feature updates will not be available.
The Managed deployment model includes free priority support and automatic updates.
